Our 19,650 square feet of buildings is located on a 5.3 acre lot in beautiful Chester county. Our buildings consist of 4 different shops including a shear/press brake shop, a welding shop, a clean-up building with paint booth and an automatic saw shop. The perimeter of our property is fenced in for security and to protect our customers containers when stored in our paved storage yard waiting for delivery.

Paulsonbilt's 5000 sq ft welding shop has 22 650 amp Lincoln and Miller mig welders, 2 plasma cutters and 6 oxygen/acetylene torch set ups. 4 one ton overhead cranes to assist in moving and lifting large containers and 10 forklifts rated from 3500 lbs to 15000 lbs.

Paulsonbilts 50' x 60' shear shop is where the manufacturing process starts. Two Cincinnati shears are housed here, one 12' x 1/4" and one 8' x 1/4". There is also two 225 ton press brakes, one 12' the other 11' with bending horn. Several punch presses and a Hosfeld bender.
The paint shop consists of a 50' x 62' building with an adjacent 16' x 32' industrial cross-draft paint booth. The cans are ground, scraped and cleaned before any paint work is done to ensure maximum paint adhesion. Our paint is applied using an air assist airless electrostatic system by Gracco. Here is a 200 gallon waste oil tank being primed before paint is applied.
